In 2006 SPPOAC hired Arbitration and Negotiations Service, Inc. to perform a Total Compensation Survey of State Park Peace Officers. The reasons for this were twofold: 1) The Governor decided that Rangers/Lifeguards would not be a part of the Statewide Salary Study; and 2) negotiations begin January 2007 for our new contract. The six sets below (32 pages each) compare the listed agencies to State Park Peace Officers.
